Asphalt Paving

One of the reasons we love asphalt and running a paving business is that it not only improves the appearance of your property but also improves its functionality. A well-paved road or back alley helps get rid of dust, mud, and gravel, really helping boost the curb appeal of your property. Even if you are in a rural area, it's great as it can help protect your vehicles from damage from potholes.

Tar & Chip Paving

Tar and chip, otherwise known as chip seal, is an affordable paving alternative. It's done by laying a layer of hot liquid asphalt on a base of gravel and then covered with a layer of small and evenly sized stones or chips. This is done as it creates a textured surface that can offer increased traction, even during the winter. Because it's not plain gravel, tar, and chip provide a more secure surface for driving. Because there is less asphalt involved, it is more affordable than traditional asphalt.

Seal Coating & Crack Filling

If your asphalt or pavement is showing cracks, it's best to repair or apply a new sealcoating to it right away. This is because water and other debris can seep into cracks, gradually destabilizing the asphalt. Seal coating will apply a fresh coating of asphalt that will stop further damage from weathering.  We also do crack repair for the same reason, by filling the crack with a hot rubberized pour, we can seal the crack and stop water from getting into it.
